How to drive BVE train

@Main menu@

This is the main menu of BVE, working in the Japanese Windows.
In the right side, there is a picture and a information of train which you chose at the top of left side. Also there is a route information, some times instruction.

Remember, you must chose BVE driving mode before you start.

Finally you can start driving. Have fun!!

@Cab and Indicators@

This is a cab view of the train.
In each train has different type of cab.
All of cabs have indicators, lamps, timetable, and message board.

This is a place usually for indicators.

They are lamps.
From the top, ATS chosen, ATS acts, ATC chosen, braking by ATC, emergency braking by ATC, and Keeping speed.

This is a timetable written by Japanese.

This is a timetable English translated.
Because of letter length limit, English one is looks ugly. :-(

The right side of timetable has to be arrival time and departure time.

This is a message board.
At the left side, it is telling you are operating free mode or test mode.
If you are using test mode, the number will be show up at this place.
The message is always show up when you operate wrong.
For example, "DO NOT use emergency brake", "You passed the station suppose to be stop.", "You must drive under speed limit.", and so on.

At the left side of message board, there is a button for setting.
(contribute by Robert. Thanks!!)

I clicked on this button with the mouse and found these options:

3 control setting - 1st is keyboad, 2nd is Joystick, 3rd is TS-Mascon(only Japanese Market)

After you understand how to read cab, let's drive a train.
At first you must chose the direction train running; Forward, neutral, or backward.
When you start a game, the direction lever points on neutral.
While you stop at the station or other place, you must use brake otherwise the train rolls the slope.
After light on the door lamp, you can go ahead!!
